Yes, there is on the left-hand side when you walk in the entrance.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Alexandra Palace does not permit customers to bring food and drink into the venue. Alexandra Palace is a licenced venue.
Can I bring my camera?
You can bring any camera to Vans Warped Tour UK for your own personal use, except for those with a detachable lens (such as SLR or DSLR cameras).
I haven’t got my tickets
Tickets will be dispatched closer to the time of the event. If you do not receive your tickets within 5 days of the event, please contact your ticket agent.
What are the Age restrictions?
Under 14’s need an 18+ adult accompaniment.
Over 18’s will be issued with a wristband when they arrive to allow them to drink at the bar. The bars operate a challenge 25 scheme, so if you are lucky enough to look young. Bring some ID please.
Is there camping?
Afraid there is no camping in Alexandra Palace. Although there is a pitch and putt.
Is there tea?
Well sort of, a parent creche will be available for fans parents who want to escape the madness and have a cup of tea or coffee in peace. No extra cost but everyone needs a show ticket to enter the event.
Are there disabled facilities?
Vans Warped Tour & Kilimanjaro Live Ltd is committed to ensuring that everyone has the chance to fully enjoy the event, whatever their ability. There are disabled access tickets available for this venue.
The main rooms on the ground floor are all wheelchair accessible and the downstairs room is accessible by lift. A stewarded wheelchair user viewing platform will be provided and will be located as near to the main stage as is practical and safe. Disabled toilets are available. Qualifying people with disabilities are eligible to receive a free ticket to bring someone with them.
