Skate And BMX Additions To Warped UK Demo

Christian Hosoi and Zachery Poland-Shaw have been added to Vans team demo taking place at the Vans Warped Tour UK show in London on November 10th. Skate demo to feature Steve Caballero, Christian Hosoi and Alex Perelson and BMX will include Dennis McCoy, Simon Tabron and Zachery Poland-Shaw.

Simon Tabron joins BMX vert Demo

Catch Vans BMX team rider Simon Tabron who’ll be joining Dennis McCoy for the BMX vert demo taking place at the Vans Warped Tour UK stop on 10.10 at Alexandra Palace.

After dealing with a troublesome foot injury for the entirety of 2011 — which contributed to his crash and broken collarbone at X Games 2011 — Tabron is fully healed and excited to be riding at his full potential for 2012. A nine-time XG medalist, Tabron brings killer style to a long list of 540 variations and is incredibly consistent with one of the toughest tricks in vert, the 900.

Initial Skate And BMX Demo Details Announced For Warped UK

We’re happy to announce the first of the Vans skate and BMX team riders joining us on November 10th in London for Vans Warped Tour will be Steve Caballero and Dennis McCoy.

This demo is in addition to the Vans UKSA National Vert Skate Championships taking place at the Warped show. With a prize purse of £15000 up for grabs, the contest will feature the biggest names in the UK vert scene. Expect to see living legends including Sean Goff and Andy Scott alongside current heavy hitters and X-Game medalists Sam Beckett and Sam Bosworth, with the next generation snapping at their heels, including Matty Carlisle, who has already made the 720 his signature trick. Witness a huge array of styles and trick variety from the competitors who range in age from 14 up to 47!

This is sure to be a great show, the competition will take the form of jams held between band performances with each one lasting around 20 minutes. This format emulates the more natural ‘session’ style of skateboarding with each skater pushing the others and encouraging the best performances from everyone involved. Ex-RAD TV presenter and pro skateboarder Marc Churchill will MC alongside veteran kingpin of the UK Vert scene Steve ‘Wingy’ Wilkinson, so be prepared to laugh, cry and be very entertained!
